- Cabinet fronts washed (inside upon request)
- Trash emptied
- Sinks scrubbed (including behind sink) and left shining
- Clean and sanitize outside of oven (front, top, sides)
- Clean and sanitize inside of oven
- Clean and sanitize outside of refrigerator (front, top, sides)
- Clean and sanitize inside of refrigerator (Shelves, holding bins, freezer and holding bins)
- Window sills wiped down
- Fingerprints washed from all woodwork, doorframes and switch plates
- Baseboards wiped down
- Floor washed
- Overall appearance of the room left neat & tidy.
BATHROOM(S):
- Walls Washed
- Windows washed (inside and out)
- Tubs thoroughly cleaned, rinsed, and left shining and sanitized
- Tile and chrome cleaned and left shining and sanitized
- Sinks cleaned and sanitized
- Toilets cleaned and sanitized (inside and out including base and behind)
- Vanity tops/Shelves cleaned and sanitized (all items removed and replaced)
- Mirrors cleaned
- Window sills wiped down
- Trash emptied
- Baseboards wiped down
- Floor Washed
- Overall appearance of the room left neat & tidy.
BEDROOM(S):
- Walls Washed
- Windows washed (inside and out)
- All areas dusted–on top, the front & underneath (items removed & replaced)
- Mirrors washed, cleaned & dried
- Window sills wiped
- Fingerprints washed from all woodwork, doorframes & switch plates
- Vacuum under, if accessible
- Wipe down the inside of closets
- Trash emptied
- Baseboards wiped down
- Lamp shades wiped down or dusted
- Floor washed
- Carpets vacuumed
- Overall appearance of the room left neat & tidy
OTHER AREAS:
- Walls Washed
- Windows washed (inside and out)
- All furniture dusted (all items removed & replaced)
- All areas dusted–on top, the front & underneath (items removed & replaced)
